Beautiful Vacheron Constantin Patrimony from the 1940’s in rose gold. The watch has a caliber V453, 17 jewels numbered #461257. On the movement is engraved Vacheron & Constantin Swiss Geneve – Adjusted to temperature. The dial is bicolored with roman numeral rose gold numbers; the second is at 6 o’clock and the hands in rose gold. The case is in rose gold with engraved inside Vacheron Constantin Swiss – 18K - .750, the face lady, cle 4 and number 296451. On one lug you have the number 51 and on the other lug the poincon. The watch comes with a brand new vivid green lizard Camille Fournet band and a rose gold buckle. The watch has been fully serviced and is in perfect condition.
