✦ Shipping policy ✦

Laurent Fine Watches ships with Fedex, USPS and UPS within the United States. The selection of the company is based on the rate and fastest shipping service depending the location of the buyer. Each package is shipped with tracking number and signature required. It is not the responsibility of Laurent Fine Watches if the delivery is delayed. Shipping delivery is within 3 to 5 business days.

For international shipment, Laurent Fine Watches ships with UPS and DHL international based on the country, the rate and time delivery. Each package is shipped with tracking number and confirmation delivery. Customs duties remains at the responsibility of the buyer in the country where the watch was sent. The rate of the shipping is calculating on the weight and size of the box. Laurent Fine Watches is not responsible if the package arrives late or if the package is blocked in customs.

✦ Refund policy ✦

To be eligible for a return, the watch or accessory must be in the same condition that you received it. If new, it has to be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The watch cannot be returned if it has been opened or touch by another watchmaker. Every watch is photographed before being shipped.

To start a return, you can contact us at  laurent@laurentfinewatches.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Policy

Buyers can enjoy our three-day return privilege. Items must be returned in identical condition as when received. Merchandise that has been worn, altered, damaged, opened or repaired by another watchmaker will not be accepted for return. All our watches are inspected and photographed before being shipped. Funds will be returned within 48 hours of receipt only if the returned item passes inspection. Final determination of item condition is to be made solely by the ✦ Laurent Fine Watches ✦ management.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
