Mono pusher Suizo watch from the 1940’s with Caliber 13

o’clock and seconds at 9 o’clock. The outer part of the dial has a “Telemetre” graduated up to 19. The hands are dark blue with “Breguet” style for the minute. The case and back case are in yellow gold filled. Inside the back case is engraved “Plaque Or – Garanti 10 ans – 20 Microns – PB – 329434”. The watch comes with a winding movement chronograph with caliber Landeron 13 and 17 jewels. The watch has a brown leather hand made band and gold color buckle. Width between lugs is 17mm.
